| Field notes | Voucher for ecological study. In young fruit. High climbing clustering ratan. Stem to 60 m or longer. Diameter without sheaths 2.5 cm, with sheaths 3.5 cm. Internodes ca. 20 cm long. Leaves (incl. petiole 32 cm long) 1.5 m long with ca. 50 regularly arranged leaflets on each side of rachis. Infruct. ca. 10 m long with 2 - 4 partial infructecences. Partial infructescences to 1.5 m long. Stem sections in alcohol. |
